Decision Making at Kolibri Games

The way we have approached decision making at Kolibri Games has greatly evolved over the course of the past years!

Back in their student flat, our founders made decisions very differently, compared to two years later in Kolibri Games’ first real office, with a sizeable team of over 30. Even today, after our move to Berlin and after we have quadrupled in size, to over 120 Kolibris, we strive to find new ways to ensure that we are always doing the right thing at the right time. This process involves all of our teams. It involves constantly re-evaluating our own processes and assumptions.
